My Jetta's engine is not listed on the Wikipedia page for the A2 Jetta, which otherwise seems pretty complete? It jumps from the 74kW engine to 79kW. Mine is 77kW (103hp) as per factory code. Technically it should be added, but I don't know if anyone cares.

Thanks. Been getting them since I was 10/11 but only one or two a year. Now they are destroying my life. I started seeing a specialist early this year. The new expensive medication works about 90% of the time but nothing prevents them.

This is where I slept last night, after coming to the kitchen to get my migraine medication. It was one of the worst migraines I've ever had, and I'm averaging 12 migraines a month. A MONTH. So stop telling people the things they enjoy suck, stop being negative, do cool shit and enjoy your life.

I've been bringing my Honda to the dealer for years for a/c work. They never found the leak, never saw where the dye leaked out. Took to my other regular mechanic. He had it three times, also with dye, also could not find the leak. Last summer it worked for 5 days.

The purple is creeping Bellflower. It's an invasive plant here in Ontario. My yard is full of it. I also have a lot of hosta varieties so I can see how you can mistake it for that when out of focus.

Some owners who couldn't get parts stored their cars. Others started making slight modifications to allow for newer parts. In 1997 Stephen Wynne bought all the remaining NOS parts, created the new DMC (Houston) and started selling & servicing. 2/2

There was a period owners call the dark times, late 80s to early 90s, when parts were very difficult to get. Ed Bernstein acquired some parts in the 80s and created DeLorean One for servicing cars in California (but that is a WHOLE other story!) 1/2

Here's an odd one for you: the Canadian-spec DeLorean. 88 were imported to Canada, all grey interiors, all manual, all with metric gauges, and all with passenger side front plate brackets.

My wife and I use Pixel 4, 5 and 6 and mostly love them. Although I find the 6 has a lot of trouble focusing when filming (and we film with it a lot). I always end up going back to the 5 to film.

I kinda know the feeling. I walk with a cane because of nerve damage in my feet. I find the pedals are too painful to push in the DeLorean. I have considered selling it and wondered a) what could replace it with that is equally as fun, and b) will I regret it?

Nahhh, spiders are good! Just get a stick and if you see a web just Swirl the stick around it. Hopefully (probably) the spider will grab onto the stick and then you can just toss it. That's what I do in my sheds

I get why some people are insulting or negative and it was easy to avoid them before. But for me the big shock is seeing good people starting to slip down that slope. Of course I can't say anything or I'd be the assh0le. So, I just quietly plod along like a stereotypical Canadian.

It's pie time! I have enough sour cherries for a 2nd pie so I'm ok with getting this one a bit wrong. Delicious! But still too watery... more like syrupy. But there's no real filling. It collapses soon as I cut it. Might have to use more cherries, more sugar and pre-bake the filling.

When Dr. Geng attempted to kindly explain this is HIS lab, the security guard immediately cut him off and said "Don't argue with me. That's the policy, I just enforce the policy." When Dr. Geng again tried explaining this was his own lab the guard cut him off again and said... 2/3

Spent the morning with a client at McMaster U. this a.m. and witnessed a racist security guard on a power trip. The researcher/professor locked his keycard in his lab and when he asked security to let us in, he told the Dr. Geng if he couldn't produce his card we would have to leave. 1/3

I've really become disillusioned with a handful of people. People who patronize or ignore. And maybe that's because they themselves have become disillusioned with reality. I don't know, but I'm starting to understand all the "life is too short" people.
