I mean, in the medical field, COVID pushed many of them in teaching fields to retire, creating earlier openings to better methods than would have otherwise happened

Are you saying the stress of the COVID Pandemic on the medical industry workers that caused many students to drop out, younger workers to change careers, and older workers to retire creating an understaffing problem when we needed staffing the most may have been a good thing in the long run? Damn.
