Trump, who tried to overthrow an election, campaigned persistently for his fellow party members to grant him absolute immunity for his misdeeds in office. And they did. If you can't distinguish between "energy in the executive" and a constitutional crime spree, you've given up on US democracy.

not just given up, proving that scotus is actively fighting against democracy. alito, thomas, roberts, gorsuch, brett the drunk rapist and amy the forced breeder are all a danger to this country. they are committing untold generational harm

he wasn't president after the votes were tallied - he was not president on January 6 - none of his actions after the elections were protected by the constitution

Does this not solve the Chevron problem? Just have the president issue the interpretation instead of the agency, and nobody can question it. Chief Justice Roberts playin' 4-dimensional chess out here ... smdh
