Right ok this was my sense. He needs a compliant Congress to impeach or pack the courts and how does he get that today, before November? The bad ways. “Won’t someone rid me of this meddlesome priest?” (Wink, I have unlimited pardon power) He doesn’t have to get them assassinated necessarily.

Like he could trade a dozen Republican senators pardons in exchange for self-enriching schemes of their own design. Do your insider trades, do your self dealing I’ll pardon you, but you gotta resign or vote my way.
