At one of our local mega churches in Cartersville, GA, the pastor married builder. They proceeded to buy a huge parcel of land and build a bigger church. Now, they are developing the surrounding land to build housing. I think they are likely in the 4th or 5th phase now . Multiple projects.

For real. Whenever I drive around out here in the rural and small town West where they pop up everywhere, I’m like “tax dodger, another tax dodger, yep tax dodge, dodge dodge dodge.”
