What’s a good solution for making tea without needing stabilisers in the product? (Genuine q). I tried home made oatmilk and when I added it to tea it turned into gravy.

Not to be all alarmist and shit but start boiling your milk for over 15 seconds before you drink it. H5N1 survives 63°c pasteurisation for over 30 mins, and survives 72°c for 15 seconds.

Okay so what I learned from this is I needed to split the batter and do half and half. The cake overcooked because the middle wasn’t set and in testing the set I collapsed the cake. Taste was excellent and the moistness was sublime. 5/10.

There like 30 odd flavourings in it. Sometimes it tastes a bit bubblegum, sometimes a bit more citric, but well aware their recipe is the same and it’s probably my tastebuds on the day.

I just remember watching it and thinking there was no way it was 72 people who passed away. 72 was the official number, but the amount of people that came out to help over the coming days to find no one *to* help was gut wrenching. Seeing it IRL was breathtaking. Just horrible.

14.06.2017 Grenfell Tower I remember passing the tower on the tube, a few days after the fire and the whole carriage gasping out loud. A monument to greed and political incompetence. My 72 neighbours. Never forget.
