I wonder how many chronic conditions we would prevent if we did a better job of preventing infections. I've thought about that a lot as we learn more about long term risks of SARS-CoV2.

I read this article & was very impressed with this connection of Bartonella to those with schizophrenia. Hopefully a vaccine or post treatment is possible in the future
