the Tories are gone anyway. tactical voting in this election is likely to make the FPTP distortions worse rather than better, while increasing the likelihood that Reform becomes the biggest party on the right. this is an election in which tactical voting is a bad idea

Reform will win two seats. The splitting of the vote and brand loyalty to the Tories precludes the possibility of the clown squad become the dominant party of the right

This doesn't make sense. The only way reform will win any seats is if both (a) they steal a lot of Tory votes and (b) the remaining votes are split across other candidates. Tactical voting for lib/lab/grn minimises chance of (b) so is effective at keeping out reform too
