The thing I would most like to see replaced is visible verified accounts for companies and people, especially news. Facebook is currently the best, but only because of the competition

A few years ago my dad was driving to a city and called me "I heard something on the radio about a shooting in the city?" and Twitter was the fastest/easiest source. Official city Emergency Service account had the bullet points of what was going on, where was closed off
