Yes, still better. 😁 Saw them at new year in Edinburgh & it was a highlight (and a crowd favourite) Strange how Pulp were almost a joke band in Sheffield for years, but Babies was the first that really cut through. The archetypal Pulp lyric as well

I'm looking at my list now thinking "Can I imagine life without (sexual healing / shipbuilding / Shalamar / mirror in the bathroom / the message / wheels of steel)? And that's before I get to my absolute favs for 81/82 😳 Grace might not make my 50, Prince has a couple of contenders.

France set up with 3 DM's and look for a goal on the break. Portugal have a ton of midfield artists but can't get one of them in the box. Enough chances for both teams to have scored though. Many times better than an England (or Scotland) match
