It is incomprehenably stupid and a deliberate misinterpretation of law. The #SCOTUS6 are effectively running coup from inside of the judiciary branch, and there is very little that we can do to stop them, since Biden refuses to expand the court.
They are Trump loyalists to their blackened hearts.

Expanding the court is an act of congress, not of the president. The presidents part is filling the spots if congress expands it.
