I seem to be developing a new serious hardware problem, something to do with lumbar nerves and hip/leg muscle spasm, and I really would like to upgrade to a newer model please. I don’t need lots of fancy features, I just need it to work

Have you tried reformatting to see if a fresh install of the OS fixes the issue? I've been trying to troubleshoot some of the bugs in my system with patches released by Big Pharma, but that just seems to break something else. Maybe I need new hardware as well.
