i’ve been interviewing a few places, and i’m really impressed with how two of them are approaching the process, and am so utterly aghast at a third that i may actually bail out of interviewing with them entirely

two of them are like “let’s get you an answer within 48 hours,” and then turning it around in less than 24, WITH useful context for what the next round will look like. one, it’s so unclear who is even supposed to be scheduling, i’ve been tempted to *send* calendar invites.
