“A sizable portion of leftists” is a very small number compared to the masses of barely-paying-attention moderate voters out there, who will decide this election (not you or I). Unfortunately, Gaza is already being pushed out of the nightly news rotation.

You've been told your whole life that it's moderates that don't pay attention to politics but go vote that determine elections. The truth is, it's how active you can get your base. Trump won by activating the far right that otherwise stayed home. The dems are telling the activist left to stay home
