I understand your point. I disagree with it. I don’t think many people at all care about the turnout in this year’s presidential primary. Heck, I’ve been all-in on Dem primaries since 2008 in WA State—and supported Warren in 2020—and I didn’t even bother to find out when the primary was this year.

I live in Washington for the last decade (until late last year). Despite not knowing then the primary was, you were still mailed a ballot and voter pamphlet. You should have had no issue voting.

I'm not saying people care about primaries, I'm saying that those are good indicators that Biden will have a low turnout if he doesn't do something, and his debate performance amplified it instead of minimizing the feeling. I believe Dems have a better chance with an alternate candidate
