There are lots of great finds in the minifig series. I'm definitely looking forward to the DnD one coming! The red, green, and yellow of the pole are all technic pieces with a long axel running through it.

The boat comes from minifig serie 23. Train is series 25. Spools? Do you mean the yellow part of the center pole? Those are technic pieces to fit a technic axel through.

Everything is cheaper in Italy. Anyone who wants to buy large quantities of things will do the long drive for it. My mother would go for pasta and fill the car. I know people who go for cigarettes. You just have buy enough to make it worth the trip

I know this one! He was mayor of San Francisco when Gay Marriage was not yet, but almost, a thing. He legalised gay marriage in the city and people travelled from all over to get married. It was all over the news for a solid week or so, before it got blocked, but he got 100% of the credit 1/

Counterpoint: the thing that's wrong is that the dog eating is the only thing he has to defend, when a dog is still just an animal like any other (i am agreeing with you here). He doesn't have to defend the sexual assault, just ignore it. That's my problem with this story, currently.

Just completed my first session of dnd with my 7yo. My first time dming and his first time playing. He had a great time, so I guess I didn't flub the process too badly 😅 definitely made a few mistakes for planning the encounter, but he came out victorious and happy and that's what counts
