I am all over the place. Yesterday, I was scared and anxious and cried all day. Today, I am fucking PISSED. Both are unpleasant and bad for my well being. But so is this entire shit show. I just need some hope so I won't lose my mind.

You are not alone and you would be insane if you felt okay with what is going on in the world. Do what you can to make something better for someone or something and then do it again the next day, and the next. Soon, your purpose will appear. Until then, big big hugs 🫂💜🫂💜
