Ok so I really like the arc where he's ex shield but has to forget his true love to gain new skills. AM I WRONG? If so I am okay with it.

LOL, not wrong. You like what you like! Personally tho, that arc was not for me at all, as I found it contradicting the rest of his canon, and I don't enjoy tragic villains. But that's the cool thing about the comics, many takes on a chara to enjoy, and I am no authority on what makes a good Tasky.
