It takes a bazillion times longer to do basic tasks with a chronic illness cause I have to take constant breaks. Fold the laundry, ice my neck, take out the garbage, ice my neck, wash the dishes, ice my neck, vacuum, ice my neck 😩😩😩

i can't just take a shower and leave the house. i have sit down while showering and then when i'm done i have to sit for another hour until the room doesn't spin anymore. a 5-minute shower? forget it, the whole process takes about 2 hours until i'm able to stand up again without falling over.
