There are lot of things to analyse about this horrifyingly ableist image. The conflation of mobility aids with cognitive decline, for instance, or the way it's posed as a looming threat. But what really gets me is that using a rollator openly, even with pride, would not be the problem here. 1/

What they're afraid of is concealed disability, specifically in ways that would affect performance, in a job that would be gruelling for someone half his age. And who has a strong record of concealing, even faking his health records? Trump. 2/
