I've been to all of those countries, pre HRT though, Austria was indeed better than Germany, and Sicily was amazing though I was disappointed the volcano didn't erupt.

Being measured by a man wasn't an issue. He was very professional and clinical. And his female coordinator did the really handsy stuff. The plan is to go as large as possible with silicone implants. Annoyingly nothing can be done about my enormous sternum.
