Okay so here's what I am thinking. Artifact creation games are wonderful, but most of them are papercraft. Which is super cool and I love it, but my silly little brain had a differenter thought. What if I made a solo TTRPG you played with clay? And then in the end you had a little thingy?

New day, my eyesight still feel weird with my new glasses. I really hope they were cut right and that this is just my brain adapting. Everything feel off. I need to get back to work and make some progress on commissions and projects.

Finally changed my glasses. 👓 Was a big financial blow and I had a big headache all day as my brain adapts itself. I have been on a string of bad days lately. 🫤 I miss my work routine and being in a good creative flow.

So I am just going to publish zines and books I enjoy crafting without caring much about playability beyond what I playtest. I playtest and tweak my stuff a lot but I want to stop worrying about reviews and people evaluating my game design. I want to go down rabbit holes that I enjoy.

I am getting into the idea of letting go and publishing rich & generous but unpolished non streamlined games. Mostly because this is how my brain like to work and because It dont really matter in this current TTRPG ecosystem, you publish something, people find it vaguely neat and move on.

I had a good Old School Essentials session this morning. The group befriended two talking giant shrews and robbed the poleviks granary together. The red witch is slowly awakening as we are getting close to a conclusion with only 3 children remaining to rescue from the mound.
