Someone I'm close to hates surprises and likes to spoil things for herself before she goes into it so I know that is a thing that works better for some people. Me, on the other hand, I like to keep guessing, or I want to solve video game puzzles on my own. One size doesn't fit all!

Just to clarify, I'm not an absolutist on this topic. Like if someone is gonna get mad at me for spoiling that Jesus dies in Passion of the Christ I'm going to injure myself rolling my eyes too hard.
