I love that idea, but I can't hold onto an interest long enough to get through college for a PHD. Can I learn that much and probably do the work needed, I don't doubt that. It's the time, it takes so long. And the money.. I can't afford the debt for a "maybe". Family money makes me risk averse..

So I either need to find a fast track PhD program or have the ability to afford the ability to go through the longer program with the risk of me losing interest. I don't know how to do either of those or if either of those or even possible...
