I'm using this phone (oakcastle.co.uk/mobile-phone...) which I bought last year with the idea of a digital detox but never committed.
I am old enough to *just* remember the pre-smart phone world and didn't get an iPhone until my late teens.

I'm getting my old iPhone's battery replaced so I'll be without it and WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, G—r etc. for a week. I'm looking forward to an accidental digital detox using a "dumb" phone for the next few days.

Interesting constitutional point on Cameron's come-back: one supposed feature of the parliamentary system, that unlike in France and the US ministers must be members of the legislature, is shown to be functionally false given the PM's ability to create peers as needed.
