We are vegetarians, so we’ll be having eggs but they are otherwise pets.

We have pet rats and have spent hundreds on vet care but a pet is a pet is a pet. I don't care if I paid $10 for the pet or $2k. I've heard some of the more family targeted breeds can be good companions and make really colorful cool eggs.
