It's that multi-edged sword of the strong free speech protections that the First Amendment offers. I think it's the best balance to free speech and liability out there, but there are certainly the occasional issues with enabling carelessness.

Libel laws are a thing, so free speech or no, if you cause damage to someone there's legal recourse (provided evidence of such) If these women are telling the truth, (and I'm not saying they're not) I hope they get an actual journalist to investigate, instead of this traash podcast.
