That’s fair. You’re far more patient than I am. I believe in karma, but sometimes I feel like I have to get out of the car and push it to make it go faster.

It's not a matter of patience, but prioritizing where and on what to spend my time and energy. Basically just have to ask myself if it's truly worth it. If the person is truly worthy of me spending that time and energy(which I can't get back) on them, instead of something more worthwhile for me.
