I served a few weeks ago on a double murder trial.. the "hero" fired 31 shots out of two weapons (ran out of bullets on the pistol) killing two unarmed men who never approached him never were armed.. Had I not been a frigged alternate at the end of the trial, it would have been a mistrial.
