Vickie spent all of her free time that summer trying to hook up people who had extra tickets with those who needed them, concentrating on couples like us, making sure that nobody paid more than face value.

Eventually, through a friend who had three extra tickets, we managed to upgrade to the sixth row! A good friend whom we hadn't seen in 20 years came from Bali for the concert, and wound up being a subject of the introduction to the best biography of Kate Bush, Graeme Thomson's "Under The Ivy."
