we live in an era where 2 generations grew up with equal rights & the ability to communicate instantly with each other in a medium that primarily consists of only them but we are ruled by older people outside that shared medium who fondly remember when women weren’t allowed to open bank accounts

Dear MP, I'm writing today to kindly ask that you maybe only mildly support my oppression and, if it's not too much trouble, only reduce my quality of life by small amounts. I appreciate this is a big ask and fully understand if this just isn't possible right now. I'm sorry to have bothered you.

As a trans woman who shares your concerns, all I ask is that you never watch your language when voicing them. We need your voice. And to everybody else I'll just say that when we were merely expressing concerns of maybe losing our rights, we were told not to be hysterical. Turns out, we weren't.
