My coworker went to a place I suggested on vacation and he told me he and his friends all loved it. I nearly cried from that. As someone that feels like I could die and nobody would be affected, it’s nice to hear I made his life slightly better

I’m still not really sure what therapy is. They ask me a bunch of tough questions I dont really have an answer for. I try not to cry while telling them about how horrible I am. It’s kind of nice to vent, but I’m not sure if I’m ever going to stop hating myself.
