That generally feels like a good thing, and speaks to the accountability that Gen Z demands in many areas of life (the rise of unionization is another example). But I see your point here about the flip side of the effect, & I'll be thinking about it for a while. Thanks! (2/2)

Just read a rant post on Twitter, where some trad white girl was complaining about how the "recent new obsession with surgical/procedural body modification", can be blamed in part to the "trend" of "body positivity." With no class or consumerist analysis addressed at any point.
