Every person I have known who has survived (and that is an important word) a civil war will tell you, "Not a fan. You do NOT want to experience this." The trauma is a pretty lasting feature.

Like, our own country literally HAD a famously horrific civil war and we are STILL dealing with the aftermath. And of course MODERN civil wars are in many ways worse, since they tend to involve death squads coming to your house and shooting you.

Screw that. I intend to get settle all my grievances to MY satisfaction, AND intend to be comfortable during entire conflict AND finish all conflict related activities by 430 so I can get home before traffic gets bad!
