Rule I just invented: if you have ADHD and a big task you can't get done. Roll a twenty sided dice. The number you get is how much work you're going to get done on it today. 1 being almost nothing, but you have to try. And with 20 being HYPER FOCUS ENGAGE. Try it! (Averaging 10 will smash it)

gamifying tasks is genuinely a good move, and also i feel like having different ways to play is helpful
