This level of societal anxiety was every day of Trump's presidency for four straight years, and it says nothing good about our most prominent journalists that they are jonesing for it like heroin junkies going through withdrawal.

Do people honestly not remember waking up every morning dreading discovering what he did or tweeted overnight? That was *fun* for people? I just constantly had a case of fear nausea, but I guess the media found it thrilling?

I think a lot of them really miss their constant adoration on Xitter during that time and are still salty that so many people abandoned it, and they hope that Trump 2 can bring them that same rush.
