They're definitely an...experience. I had one pass me a few weeks ago in Minneapolis, and "Dumpster on wheels" really is kinda an accurate description. At least dumpsters are useful. Also, they're ridiculously large! Like, Hummer & Escalade large.

Thank you! He's doing much better this morning. Dos said he'd contracted a tick born bacteria that was causing all of his distress. She gave him some antibiotics and after a few hours at the vet yesterday for some additional tests (everything else was good), he's home and pretty much back to normal.

Dropped him off at the vet. The poor boy is clearly in some level of distress, as he was whining/crying like I had never seen him do before. He also had no interest in food (HIGHLY unusual for him), and was shaking like a leaf in the car. It's heartbreaking no knowing what the problem is.

Apparently there was a shooting in Madison yesterday that left 9 people injured (no fatalities thankfully). I only discovered this when I checked the website for the station I used to work for. Not a single national news outlet (that I found at least) picked up on it.

There really aren't any movies from MST3K that I saw before I watched the episode. There are a number of them that I've watched since on their own, some of which I genuinely enjoy. MITCHELL is my favorite episode of the show, but the uncut movie actually makes for a decent 70s cop movie.

I think I'm ready to give up on Best Buy. I went into the one I typically go to yesterday morning. It was quiet as I would expect on a Friday morning. In the 15 minutes I was there, I was approached by at least 5 different employees asking if I needed help. I left after the fifth.
