you gotta try making naan with it. if you don't have a built in thermometer and you use wood pellets or chips it's worth getting a cheap ir thermometer

i use the serious eats naan recipe, i use Ken Forkish's Elements of Pizza a lot for dough but the Babish Neapolitan dough is pretty good!
