If it happens, I will be rooting for the first Black/South Asian woman to ever be a major party nominee to be the best version of herself. I don't know about the rest of y'all. (They should keep the drama going until closer to the convention)

The VP seems the easiest alternative path. She takes "age" and "crime family" from Trump's mouth, inherits a popular agenda, rids us of the "dual of two old guys" that polls say we don't want. An orchestrated transition could energize us out of this gloom! Let's see more of VP Harris to test this.

Having to debate her would make trump stroke out. His head would just explode. He’d either have a stroke right there on stage, or go into a racist, misogynistic rant they’d have to bleep out for minutes.

Also - and this is a little glib; as a Canadian my stakes are (marginally) lower - but we were always told that physical attractiveness is very important in US presidential elections (per Nixon/Kennedy), in which case…slam-dunk, Harris! 😍
