I feel like retro achievements has given new life to a lot of my favorite games. It's also validation that I'm pretty good at most of these games. I also like that they've got the two tiered system, if you want to use states and rewind you absolutely can and still participate.

I tend to use original hardware for a lot of my streaming. I highly recommend picking up a RetroTINK 5x if ya can, they're hands down the best scalers on the market.

Maybe it's my somewhat reclusive nature but I've yet to be spoiled on anything from Shadow of the Erdtree. Also I've been playing it on an NG+ save so it's been a bit of an ordeal.

Why, why is it impossible to find an xinput adapter for N64. I just want to plug an xbox controller (or wired equivalent) into an N64 and have it work. I have one for SNES/NES and it works great. Same company doesn't make one for N64.

Playing Super Metroid tonight reminded me that I know a lot about that game. Nothing I did was all that hard but I was able to rather effortlessly navigate Super Fun Combat and Super Fun Movement on Veteran.
