Yep, in London a chef called Tom Aikens opened a new place (after going bankrupt and screwing suppliers, plus potential abuse of staff) and all the reviews mentioned it. It’s got an open kitchen so you can very much see he’s making an effort to be nicer to staff. Though he is still a little scary
