Twice with Star Trek. First was Deep Space Nine. I saw the original, and was watching TNG each week, but for some reason my 12yo brain didn't really get DS9 originally. Years later when I got Netflix, I finally gave it a shot. Now I make sure to watch it all the way through, at least once a year
