So, decades ago, my friend and I were in charge of the flagpole at church; an American flag and a Christian flag. One Sunday, a WWII vet came storming in to ask what the distress was. We had, by accident, put the American flag up upside down. We promptly fixed it per his demand. It’s that simple.
