I love stuff like this, the account appears to be one of those low effort thirst trap spam bots with a "contact me" spam link in the bio but it's responding as a 50+ year old trucker

404media had a story, "what's the deal with those bots posting AI Stuff on Facebook", and one of the types they found was "regular user whose compromised account posts AI Stuff even while they keep using it like normal" wonder if there might be some kind of parallel here

maybe the gimmick is to get click throughs on the link by making people confused enough to investigate what's going on here
