We felt terrible for what had befallen Nova Scotia. In 2012 we incurred the wrath of super storm Sandy so we understood what the residents of Nova Scotia were going through. Fear, anxiety, the loss of personal property, homelessness, bureaucratic red tape and grifters galore. Fun times.

My wife and I love Halifax. We walk about 7 to 10 miles a day around town and the local parks, waterfront, etc. It’s sad to see the damage done by hurricanes. Are planning our next trip for summer 2025.
