Yeah. It's weird, but actual usefulness doesn't often attract the most capital either, most often because it doesn't scale well, or quickly enough. Whereas these LLMs are all about deploying at scale, so it doesn't matter that the actual, individual results are shit, they still attract capital.

also you have to prioritize customer service and product quality, which is just a money pit that doesn't bump stocks or nab headlines
