15 year olds are obviously much more intelligent than 10 year olds. but NOBODY ever says "Pre-pubescent children are idiots" hmmmmmm It is very common however to see someone write "Teenagers are idiots" as if they somehow unlearned large amounts of knowledge between ages 10 and 15.

America never abandoned its very unhealthy Puritan ideals. The hysterical overreaction to Janet Jackson's boob is an example. Nobody ever stops to ask "Who was hurt by seeing Janet?" So there is no rational discussion. There is only taboo and hysteria.

The close-in-age exception in Texas law is both 3 years and 5 years depending on the precise crime being charged. but sometimes it is 0 years. If two 14-year-olds are having sex, and one of them turns 15, the older is now a child rapist in the eyes of the law.

Puritan dogma says that under 18 = child = NOT sexual = pure and innocent. but biology gives 12 year olds big boobs sometimes. Rather than admit the dogma is wrong, they claim boobs are not sexual. It's absurd, of course, but dogma makes peeps deny reality.

Ask the men close to you. Show them some pics of 15 year olds on the beach. If they trust you they'll admit it. In fact pretty much any time any man says "She's too young" or "Obviously Way Too Young", he's saying that he'd never act on the attraction but he for sure feels it.

Remember that "teen" is not a biological category, while sexual attraction is entirely biological. "teen" is just a linguistic quirk which reflects a thing in our mathematical system, which is, by sheer coincidence, based on the number 10.
