just had it confirmed by a coworker: they're going to try to use the electronic labels for surge pricing. spread the word. if your local walmart is using electronic labels, threaten to boycott. we cannot normalize this.

I was also talking to an employee the other day about how ridiculous it is that so much stuff is in locked cases now. She just laughed about how they’re just getting started 😬 Excited to watch walmart run itself into the ground, I guess

It just sucks, like as someone who implemented electronic labels at my own workplace forever ago, I see why they are useful but surge pricing is just fucking awful. Fuck walmart
