I would argue that people who understand "business" don't understand much at all, because "business" is not one single thing. They just got an MBA, the world's most useless and bullshit graduate degree, and think they can run any organization anytime anywhere.

As someone who has an MBA, I'd agree. If anything, I'm less inclined to be a manager now because I understand how the sausage of business is made in our current capitalist/capital-forward landscape, and I'd rather keep my soul being a worker ant than to lose all sense of self for power and profit.
