It's six today. If this had been a steady-state for months, for sure it would be a non-issue. But 10 days ago it was 0, and 10 days from now it will be more than 6. The trends are not good for his election chances!

The endless yelling because his first unscripted speaking event seen by a large portion of the country in ages was terrible. Everyone saw that the narrative about him being sharp and agile is a lie. The evidence that the party is turning on him is several sitting reps calling on him to step down

I agree, and never suggested that would happen. You don't need to worry about people switching from Biden to someone else, you need to worry that people simply lose motivation to vote for him, drastically lowering his numbers. If you want to beat Trump you should want a strong candidate, not Biden.

If the vote were happening tomorrow, that would be correct. But lower confidence means voters will more easily be shaken loose. Given his *very obvious* mental incapacity, and the fact that those things do not get better with age, he will lose a *lot* more voters before november.

Yes, I did. Most people who were planning to vote for him before are still planning to vote for him (because they're voting against trump, not for him), but confidence plummeted and we're getting daily drips of disasters from Biden and the party turning on him. It's unrecoverable.

Yes it fucking should, treating disabled people with respect doesn't mean letting them do things they don't have the mental or physical capacity to do safely or responsibly. We don't let blind people drive, and we shouldn't let majorly senile people hold public office.
